29 of March 2020 we will have the pleasure to have in our studio amazing Nael Chrisafidis.
We will have two different workshops:
1) Sunday 29/03 19:00 Handstands - 90 min - for all levels
We are going to learn the technique from scratches and how to balance without the pole and also how to play with our handstands using the pole.

2) Sunday 29/03 20:30 Acrobatic - 90 min - for good intermediate and advanced - static pole
In this Workshop we are going to learn progressively the secrets to do fonjis,regrips and acrobatic techniques to enter various handsprings using our momentum.
